Part Design

We are experts is plastic injection molded part design; an expertise we earned by designing over 600 parts for many customers from many industries. Over-molded (elastomer or plastic on plastic) two shot parts, extremely small or large complex parts, disposables, and extreme high volume parts all fit into our realm of experience.

To aid in the design of plastic parts we have five seats of Solidworks and the full version of MoldFlow, a FEM simulation package that models the injection molding process and helps avoid part or mold design problems.

Besides plastics, you can add all the other technologies commonly used in machines and products such as sheet metal, welded and machined parts, cast parts, composites, fabrics and sewing, stampings, blow molded, vacuum formed, pressure formed, sintered, reaction molded, ultrasonics and RF welding.
