Analysis Capabilities

We have the following analysis capabilities and tools needed to undertake the tasks:

Plastic injection mold design

We are experts at plastic part design, earned by designing a lot of parts. To support our efforts we have the full version of MoldFlow for the analysis of part fill on injection among other factors.

Acoustic system design

We have an acoustic bench with a 4 channel 24 bit, 100K sample per second spectrum analyzer. This is useful for noise studies, headphone design, and acoustic sensor design.

Thermal analysis (FEM)

We have the full version of COSMOS to help solve heating and cooling problems and mechanical stress issues that occur with thermal gradients within parts, assemblies or other heat transfer problems.

Stress analysis (FEM)

We have the full version of COSMOS for stress, strain, vibration, and deformation under load studies. We have in-house experience with COSMOS dating back to the late 80's.

MATLAB

MATLAB is a fundamental tool used by us for all sorts of analysis.
